I recently tried this small takeout-only Chinese restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised. Despite its modest size, the menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of dishes. I ordered the General Tso's chicken, the fried squid with jalapeños, and baby bok choy with black mushrooms. Each dish was delicious and well-prepared. The prices are reasonable too, making it a great option for anyone craving quality Chinese food without breaking the bank. The owner is very friendly, and the restaurant is quite popular, so it's best to order ahead to avoid long waits. Highly recommended!

My daughter brought home chicken egg rolls from a new place, Fu Sing. They were delicious! Once I found out that owners of Fu Sing were cousins to Tin Sing (in Gardena back in the day), I looked forward to placing a large order. I had to wait because they are not open on Monday nor Tuesday (sad face). I made the mistake of going on a Saturday. I was told there was a 2.5 hour wait because there was only one cook. I ordered anyway and went home. I set my alarm and came back when they said. The food was ready. Everything was pretty good. Even though the Kung Pai Chicken was not as I remembered, it was still good. I had ordered the Pork Egg rolls, but will order the Chicken Egg Rolls next time, they were better to me. Oh yes, I will return to Fu Sing, but not on a very busy Saturday!!!

I'm so excited to finally hear about ONE OF my favorite restaurants LEGACY!!! As many of you know, Allen is the next generation to his family's previous successful and Gardena institution formerly known "Ting Sing". Allen's, Fu Sing has the traditional style of cooking and preparedness. Each dish is authentically delicious using the finest ingredients. I'm so in love with his quality of food he delivers and dedication to his history in the Southbay Community. Allen is very kind and humble. The cook has the best Chinese Culinary skills and passion for all his dishes. My ALL TIME FAVORITE are the Pork Eggrolls!!! It transports me back to being 5yrs old and tasting them for the first time. The Fu Sing Special, (add Bok Choy) The Fu Sing fried rice (add extra scallions!". The servings ate large and very "Family Style" Inspired. The Fried Skrimps!! Yes SKRIMPS are yummy when they are available. Fu Sing has select dishes not offered all year round. Some are unable to source fresh ingredients seasonal. Be aware they do sell out of many dishes on the menu. Allen is consistent with posting hand written signs to inform guests. In addition to this phenomenal Chinese Food menu, they are very busy. Allen is often too busy to answer the phone! There is NO INDOOR SEATING TO ENJOY YOUR MEAL. Recently I've seen and had Allan explain easier methods of ordering. 1) Go and place your order and receive a phone call when your order is ready. First come first served. 2) Go and place your order to be picked up at a later agreed time. 3) Go the day before and place your order for an exact time you agree to specifically pick up! There is ONLY ONE COOK. Please be very patient and respectful of the time taken to prepare your delicious meal. It's an art form to consistently create the exact recipe that we all love and expect at Fu Sing! There is a good sized parking lot. Many available shops to visit while waiting. Relax in your car or visit the surrounding plaza. There is always good'ol Starbucks to pass the time. Enjoy this excellent Chinese Food Experience. It's a Southbay favorite and will continue to be successful with the community's dedication and loyalty. I appreciate Allen and his talented cook. They bring joy to my soul with their food. I want to share that my family recently experienced two great losses in our family. We partnered with Allen to successfully have 14 persons participate in a Family Remembrance Dinner. It was one of the most special occasion for family members who miss Ting Sing. Their eyes and smiles with the first taste of Fu Sing was incredible. Thank You Allen for your kind service and dedication to your community. There is a bench to wait for your order. It's usually a 45 minute wait at least. Times are expected up to over an hour at peak times. Remember the restaurant closes for CA Work Guidelines & Laws. They cannot work open to close with one cook. This is a special and unique restaurant. It's highly recommended and highly favored. The influx of patrons vary greatly. It's worth every minute of it too. My heart and soul are fed EVERYTIME I'm blessed to enjoy Fu Sing Cuisine.

Some of the best Chinese dishes in the South Bay come out of Fu Sing's kitchen! Small spot tucked away in a small lot off of Artesia and Van Ness. They're always busy, so you know that's a good sign. It's a takeout/pickup only spot not a sit down. The owner is super friendly. They have a great menu and even better lunch special menu! Great portions, tasty food, fairly priced. Be sure to call shortly after they open if you're trying to place a phone order. They only accept phone orders for a short about of time before they stop answering the phone as their order cue fills up fast! To my understanding. It's 1 cook preparing all of the orders! Highly recommend the General Tso chicken!

Fu Sing is great! Authentic Chinese food and such a local fave. Food: 4/5 The food portion is good for the price. Ingredients are always fresh. We usually get the broccoli beef, chow mein, orange chicken, and salt/pepper pork chops. Service: 5/5 Great! Support small businesses! Ambiance: 3/5 Parking lot is small. The restaurant is TO GO ONLY. If you call, be prepared to have a long wait. Sometimes they won't answer the phone is they're super busy so you'll need to place an order there.

Very delicious! If you want to pick up during the dinner rush, I suggest you place your order no later than lunch time. However, they will take your order several days in advance, if you like! I placed my order at 5:55, but they told me it wouldn't be ready until 6:35. I waited patiently, and it was ready at 6:35 exactly. The food was piping hot and delicious! I will definitely be back, but I will plan in advance. I got the chow me in and the honey walnut shrimp. Just look at that huge pile of giant, delicious shrimp! Sorry; I ate one before I took the photo.
